Mark your calendars!
I'll be lauching All Things Said & Done with American poet Nancy Pagh at the Robson Reading Series. It will be on Thursday, April 12, 7 pm at the UBC Robson Square Bookstore at 800 Robson Street.
If you're lucky, there may even be some goodies. What do you think goes better with a poetry: fruit plate, veggies, or cake?

Can I vote for pie?
Launch day can't come soon enough, even without pie!
Pie? Barbecue? I'm launching poetry, people, not fiction! I don't think my advance would cover either of those things.
I'm seriously considering making rice crispie squares.
Well, what with the barbeque on the cover, the launch kind of calls for grilled meat, narrative or no.
Mini-skeweres, perhaps. They're small. You know, like poetry.
But seriously... this is exciting! Have a good time anticipating your launch, Marita!
Oh, it's true, Shannon--there should be grilled meat!
And thank you, I am enjoying anticipation. If I ever get over to Victoria, I'll let you know.
